Born from a lifelong passion for the game, The Akademy is the vision of Katie Baron, a dedicated coach who has spent years mentoring athletes at every level. After working with countless players and witnessing the power of consistency, discipline, and belief, Katie knew it was time to create something more — a place where athletes could come to grow not just their skills, but their confidence, character, and love for the game.
What began with one-on-one sessions in local parks and fields has evolved into a thriving community — one built on hard work, trust, and the pursuit of excellence. The Akademy exists to serve that community: players hungry to improve, coaches committed to teaching, and families who believe in the journey.
Our 3,200-square-foot indoor turf facility is designed for more than just batting practice. It’s a space for progress — available for full or partial rental, and open to athletes and trainers of all sports who share the same goal: to level up and chase greatness.

The Akademy coaches bring a rare blend of elite playing experience and a genuine passion for helping athletes grow. We believe great coaching goes beyond mechanics—it’s about mentorship, confidence-building, and creating an environment where athletes can push their limits and love the game.
Our coaching staff includes former collegiate standouts, competitive travel coaches, and specialists in hitting, pitching, catching, and defensive fundamentals. Each coach is dedicated to teaching the why behind every movement, giving players the understanding and repetition they need to build consistency and perform under pressure.
