Day 1: Conditioning & Power Development

Athletes will focus on building the foundation needed for stronger, more explosive pitching. This session will include:

  • Pitcher-specific conditioning drills

  • Lower body and core strength development

  • Explosive movement and power training

  • Arm care and recovery routines

  • Proper body mechanics and movement efficiency

Players will learn how strength, balance, and athletic movement translate directly into increased velocity and improved endurance in the circle.

Day 2: Spin & Pitch Movement

Day two is dedicated to developing spin efficiency and understanding pitch movement. Athletes will work on:

  • Spin generation and wrist action

  • Grip development and finger pressure

  • Creating tighter rotation and movement

  • Pitch control / location and consistency

  • Drills designed to improve pitch effectiveness

Coach will break down the mechanics behind different pitch movements while helping athletes gain a better understanding of how spin impacts performance.
