Athletes will work on:
Clean glove work and footwork fundamentals
Infield and outfield mechanics
Quick transfers and strong, accurate throws
Hitting mechanics and barrel control
Power development and situational approach
Players will receive high-level instruction, competitive reps, and personalized feedback to help elevate their game on both sides of the ball.
Margaux Lesser is a former NCAA Division I and III softball player with a strong record of performance and leadership. She played at the University of Rhode Island and New York University, earning the NCAA Division III Gold Glove Award and Second Team All-UAA honors in 2023.
She brings extensive coaching experience as a Program Manager and Coach with Yorkville Youth Athletic Association, Head Coach at Grace Church School, 16U Coach for the Empire State Huskies, and a long-time instructor for ChallengeU clinics and private hitting and fielding lessons.
